    How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed? 

  • o ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.

  • We can only update your shipping address before shipment.
  • Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. And we are unable to cancel an order after shipment. Please keep an eye on your order status by checking "My Orders" to make sure you can receive your order.

     What is your return policy?

  • We accept return for refund within 30 days after delivery date (the date you received your package).

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).

  • How do I return an item?

    Most returns can be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Considering 3-5 days for delivery, we may need 10-15 days to confirm your returned items. We’ll issue the refund to your SHOP7AM wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance.

    Returning shipping charges are non-refundable.

    We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

    For International Orders:

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package.

    1. Please submit a ticket, indicate which items you would like to return and the reason for the return. You can find all SKU numbers on the shopping page.

  • I still haven't gotten the refund in card. What is status of my refund?

    If we said we will refund to your credit card, the whole process may need 10-30 business days as you card bank need to process the refund to you.
    Here at SHOP7AM, we could refund to your card account in 24 hours. But you card bank need 10-30 business days to transfer the money to your card account.

    SHOP7AM can't control the processing speed of your card bank. Please ask the card bank for detailed information.
    We apologize genuinely for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your kindly understanding.

  • For UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman customers:

    Order total must be 50-400USD, and Express Shipping must be chosen as your shipping method. 
    There will be a 6USD service fee upon delivery.

    Order total must be less than USD200.
    There will be a 1.2USD service fee upon delivery.

    Tips: for COD orders, we would like to tell you customers could only return the items to us for a refund, we could not make the exchange for you, we advise you to directly reorder the new item if you want to make the exchange and return the original item to us for the refund.

     Why there are so many one-size products? 

  • Usually one-size products design with narrow shoulder and wide hem to show good looking. One-size does not mean it fits everybody but means it has only one size.

    How to choose my size? 

    We sincerely suggest every customer to measure your body figure carefully before ordering. Besides, you can read the size reference in the description and then make a decision.

    How to choose my size?

    You could find a size reference on each product page. Customers may compare the reference measurements with your own to find the best choice.

    ”One size” does not necessarily fit all sizes but means there’s only one size for this product.

    Am I able to be refunded the difference for a discount item?

    We apologize for this inconvenience. However the price can be changed in different promotion plans, so we are not able to issue a refund for the difference. SHOP7AM reserves the right to change the promotion at any time with our sole discretion. Thank you for your understanding.
